In een digitale wereld is het bijprinten makkelijk bij te benen, het verlies van vertrouwen is door het bredere aanbod (van toegankelijke alternatieven) ook groter lijkt me. Iedereen kan (vooralsnog) makkelijk en digitaal zijn Euros omruilen voor dollars, bitcoins, of vul zelf maar iets in.
