In 1923, Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi wrote the “Pan-European” manifesto. It was backed by European freemasonry and Richard's fabulously wealthy and influential friend, the international financier Baron Louis de Rothschild.
According to Richard's own autobiography, in 1924 Baron Louis de Rothschild introduced him to the German Jewish banker Max Warburg who gave him 60,000 gold marks to finance his movement for the next 3 years. Max also paid for Richard to visit America to meet his banker brother, Paul Warburg and the influential Jewish financier Bernard Baruch who also supported his project.
In 1925 Richard wrote his dark prophetic book “Practical Idealism" that was only intended to be read by the insider “elite" and is difficult to obtain today.
In this book, Richard describes most Europeans as belonging to what he calls the “quantity people" who a “new aristocracy” of “quality people" should rule.
These “quality people” would come from the ranks of the old “feudal blood aristocracy" and the new “Jewish brain aristocracy”. Richard expected this mix to become Europe’s “new aristocracy”, with elite Jews taking the leading roles.
Richard wrote very admiringly of the spiritual and intellectual superiority of the Jewish people, which must have impressed the international bankers funding his Pan-European Movement. A united Europe also suited their global agenda.
Provided the “old aristocracy” could keep most of their wealth and privileges, Coudenhove-Kalergi seemed happy to work with this super-rich “Jewish elite” who would effectively replace his dilapidated class as the leaders of Europe!
In contrast Richard had a snobbish attitude towards Europe’s “quantity people” similar to that displayed by the smug mandarins of the European Union today!
In “Practical Idealism” he reveals the supreme arrogance and secret goal of the Pan-European elite by writing that in the future “United States of Europe” white Europeans would “disappear” by being interbred with coloured migrants:
"The man of the future will be of mixed race. Today's races and classes will gradually disappear owing to the vanishing of space, time and prejudice. The Eurasian-black race of the future, similar in its appearance to the Ancient Egyptians, will replace the diversity of peoples with a diversity of individuals.”
It seems the Pan-European elite had a secret agenda that favoured coloured immigration into Europe as a way to socially engineer a cosmopolitan “quantity people" who would feel more like global citizens than nationals of European countries. The global elite could then easily herd these poor, degraded people, into accepting a United States of Europe and then a World Government.
