tobogganThe Gold & Silver Sector will continue to fluctuate wildly over the next weeks and months. Each time the market forces pushes the price up, Central Banks and Governments (the BIS was responsible for the latest push) will during holidays, option expiry days, in an overbought market...on days when there is little volume try to paper trade the gold price down.

They do it by selling "paper contracts" on the futures markets. The incurred losses are not really important as these are covered with "fiat paper money created out of thin air." [During the 1960's the losses of the gold pool were also catastrophic; only after the situation and losses got out of control, they decided for a bank holiday]

The manipulative sales occur on the Paper Market, while the physical market remains a distinct BUYER. Physical Gold traders are aware of this because some type of Gold Bars (ex. Canadian Mint Bars) become hard and sometimes even unavailable to find and the sale (ex. American Silver Eagles) of certain precious metal coins simply comes to a halt.

Using Stop Loss orders is playing with matches in a powder room! Whenever THEY decide to dump thousands of Gold contracts (and sometimes Silver), technical support levels are broken. As a result STOP LOSS orders are activated, and the additional sales orders push down the price even more. Few investors however understand that an activated Stop order also dangerously pushes one out of Physical Gold and/or Gold & Silver miners.

Most investors fail to realize that by selling shares (eg. Gold and Silver Mines) they are exchanging REAL ASSETS for WORTHLESS FIAT MONEY. As soon as an investor dumps his position, he abandones Physical Gold & Silver and/or Mines (real assets), and he immediately loses his INSURANCE.

The harder the Central Banks push, the closer the endgame and the more dangerous it becomes to trade the Gold & Silver sector. Few investors understand that the rising frequency of the Gold & Silver sector manipulation indicates the Catharsis is near. Certainly so because increasing amounts of fiat money are required to result in even smaller corrections. The danger is that whoever tries to PROFIT from fluctuations in the Gold & Silver sector or gets stopped out of his positions will end with EMPTY HANDED once the music stops.

baby bathwater1Do not throw the baby out with the bathwater. Physical Gold & Silver and Miners are supposed to be a protection for the coming economic, financial and political crisis. As we approach the catharsis, more and more financial entities (banks, hedge funds, mutual funds, insurance, pension funds, ...) will get into trouble. In order to survive, during what we call “deleveraging” they will be forced to liquidate ALL of their securities. In other words, as a consequence the price of Gold & Silver and Miners will decline at a time when they should rise. The market behavior during the Lehman Bros. drama is a good example of what we can expect at that time.

This is the reason WHY I am against STOP LOSS ORDERS in the Gold & Silver sector. For the same reason I am also against “trading” positions. Safer and wiser is to sit tight and to ride out the Hurricane.... After the storm, only those who physically have their metals and Miners stored properly, will financially survive .

Those who crave for action can do so by buying PUT OPTIONS or by purchasing DUST and/or similar financial instruments. DUST is a 3 x geared financial instrument supposed to go up when the price of Gold comes down.[see updates Goldonomic site for more]

I think it becomes increasingly clear for everyone that the Western world is sitting on the eve of hyper-inflation. As more and more jobs disappear, the depression is hitting citizens harder harder and harder. Especially banks, (re)insurance companies and pension funds, all institutions which should ensure stability, are getting in trouble and have to lay off people "en masse". Few understand that this is also the consequence of the low and negative interest rates.

Low-interest rates are indeed an ultimate attempt by Government to stay alive at a time where accumulated debts levels have reached catastrophically high levels.

Last but not least, we have to take into account the situation in the Middle East: the harder it becomes for the Americans and the Dollar to stay alive, the more war and unrest we must expect. Be advised that if necessary the USA will also sacrify Europe. In 1914 and 1939, Germany did just the same.

Beter nog wat wachten dus om terug in te stappen imho.

Het verband tussen de schuldenbergen en goud moet intussen toch wel achterhaald zijn?
De schuldenbergen stijgen en goud daalt.
De gouddekking werd verlaten 45 jaar terug, er is tot nader order dus geen verband meer en je kan dat duidelijk zien aan de huidige goudkoersen.

Goud als wantrouwen tegenover de overheid, lijkt me een logischer uitleg.

ik hoorde dat bijna 40 jasar geleden van een kennis die zich bij een Enkhuizens baptistenclubje had aangesloten. Was geen vrolijke frans: 'een groot volk, de Russen, gaan een wereldoorlog ontketenen vanuit het oosten'.

Zo opmerkelijk is het niet, als je beseft dat alle negatieve Brexit_MSM_praatjes er alleen maar geweest zijn om angst te zaaien.
Die angst zat'm meer in de Europese politiek, waar politiekers bang zijn hun dikbetaalde baantjes te verliezen.

Zou me niet verbazen wanneer tegen 2020 de sterling volledig van zijn val hersteld is, de Engelse werkloosheid lager ligt
dan die in de EU en dat de productiviteit er hoger ligt dan in de EU.

Heb net een boek uit van een zuid afrikaanse ziener die al lang dood is. Sommige stukken kunnen wel geinterpreteerd zijn door de schrijver. ( vermoed geschreven iets voor of rond 2000 )
Wel akelig hoe dat uitkomt. Burgeroorlog in frankrijk en uk. Uk volledig vernietigd....
Dan inval door rusland tot aan de pyreneeën.
Iemand met gezond verstand begrijpt niet waarom ze putin zo moeten pushen.
Ik vermoed dat amerikaanse gekken super wapens hebben en rusland willen inlijven, tr3b enz....
